Real Estate is personal, and I believe the experience should feel that way.  I work with buyers and sellers throughout Westchester County and the Lower Hudson Valley, providing thoughtful guidance, honest communication, and strong advocacy from beginning to end.

I've called Armonk home for more than two decades and raised my family here, giving me a firsthand appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyles that make Westchester such a special place to live.

My background also gives me a perspective that extends beyond the typical real estate transaction.  I hold a Juris Doctor and previously worked in business compliance, experience that strengthened my skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and navigating complex situations.  I've also managed extensive residential and historic property renovations, giving me practical insight into homes, construction, and the details that can influence value.

Whether I'm helping a seller prepare and position a home for market or helping a buyer find the right place to call home, I'm attentive to both the details and the bigger picture.  My goal is to make the process feel clear and manageable while never losing sight of what matters most to each client.

For me, real estate isn't simply about buying or selling a property.  It's about getting to know the people I work with, understanding what matters to them, and helping them move confidently into their next chapter.
